On Wednesday, 11 November 2020, the NSW Government approved the extension of the COVID-19 emergency provisions passed by the NSW Parliament amending the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and the Community Land Management Act 1989.
The Government has extended these provisions for the maximum allowable period up to Thursday, 13 May 2021. These regulations continue as currently drafted and no changes have been made.
