A note from our CEO

It’s great to have the opportunity to introduce myself to our prospective and existing communities after recently joining the Strata Sense team as CEO.

While industry challenges were widely discussed in the press last year, I don’t plan to dwell on them here—there is already plenty being written and shared on the topic.

At Strata Sense, our communities are at the heart of everything we do.

That’s why we haven’t had to change (a) any part of our service offering or (b) the way we structure our fees.

The value we deliver is evident in:
i) our more inclusive fee model,
ii) our long-term commitment to refunding commission rebates to Owners, and
iii) our independence—we have no financial or legal ties to key industry suppliers.

These principles reaffirm that, at Strata Sense, we do the right thing even when no one is watching.

Every day, we remain 100% focused on our core mission: working together to enable communities people are proud of. We recognise that every missed opportunity to provide service that is a level above, is not only a disappointment to our team but also a chance to learn and improve.

We are more than just a manager, we see opportunities to add even greater value by supporting Strata Committees with expert guidance—particularly in complex areas such as project and defect management. We are also committed to providing more transparency and insight into budget management, all as part of our promise to help Strata Committees create communities to be proud of.

Finally, I’d like to extend my gratitude to all the communities I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. I truly appreciate your engagement and constructive feedback, as well as the consistent recognition that Strata Sense is the best partner you could choose.
