Australia Towers

Sydney Olympic Park Authority & Ecove

Australia Towers was the first residential development in Sydney Olympic Park. With over 820 apartments spanning four towers, it is home to around 2,400 residents, ground-floor retail, childcare centres, and commercial offices. 

The first stage of Australia Towers I was completed in December 2011, comprising two towers. Each 24 and 16-storey tower housed 216 apartments, ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. Restaurants and cafes are conveniently located at ground level, along with a childcare facility and commercial offices. 

The entire three stages of the Australia Towers development include just short of a thousand residential units, a childcare centre, a medical centre, offices, and retail tenancies. Strata Sense has proudly managed all components of this development for over 11 years.

King & Phillip

Galileo Group

King & Phillip is an exclusive Sydney CBD apartment project developed with Host Plus. The site includes 105 premium units and high-end group floor retail space. No expense was spared in the development and its amenities, including the shared wine cellars for residents. Strata Sense was engaged to assist in drafting by-laws for this highly desirable project.

The site is located at the intersection of King, Phillip and Elizabeth Streets, set amongst an iconic Sydney heritage precinct (St James Church, Supreme Court Building, Hyde Park Barracks and St Marys Cathedral) and enjoys sweeping views across Hyde Park.  

Newcastle East End

Iris Capital

Cited as one of the country’s first large-scale urban regeneration projects. East End delivers a blend of residential, retail, residential, entertainment and dining to Newcastle in a collaboration between three practices, SJB, Durbach Block Jaggers (DBJ) and Curious Practice. 

Encompassing a 1.66-hectare site from Perkins Street to Newcomen Street, the East End precinct has been delivered across four stages, with stage 1 completed.  

Three mixed-use buildings, each designed by a different architecture firm have been completed as part of the “transformational” Newcastle East End development.

Newmarket Randwick

Cbus Property

Newmarket is a staged development providing 642 residential dwellings and approximately 2,300 sqm of commercial/retail space. Stage 1 is complete and consists of Newmarket Residences, Inglis Park and Figtree Pocket.

Located in the historic Inglis stable site, Newmarket Residences is set among a vibrant retail plaza that directly connects Barker Street to Inglis Park and the Sales Ring playground. The generous-sized public domain throughout the Newmarket precinct encompasses a private open space constructed to be carefully enclosed. The planting strategy and materiality provide screening and a garden room aesthetic, with strong heritage links to the Newmarket site.
