As the founder of Strata Sense, Marc is a true visionary and the driving force behind the ongoing success and growth of the company. With qualifications and a background in accounting and business, Marc started Strata Sense with a vision of doing things differently, and most importantly, doing them better. Innovative ideas and sheer determination has won the confidence of the market place, gaining the trust and respect of his clients through his professionalism and relentless pursuit of perfection.

Rhys Spragg

Chief Operating Officer

Rhys has 20+ years’ experience in operations and finance roles and brings a focus and passion for collaborative working and the smart use of technology to take advantage of opportunities to grow capability and provide great customer experience. Rhys holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from University of Otago, New Zealand, Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia.

Tamara Ford

Licensee in Charge

Beginning her career as a graduate lawyer in the New Zealand property industry, Tamara moved to Sydney in 2016 where she quickly established herself as a strata lawyer. After working with one of the most strata industry’s most well-known law firms Tamara decided on a change in career, realising that as a strata manager she was able to offer her clients greater guidance from the outset and more pragmatic outcomes that worked for those affected. Tamara joined Strata Sense in January 2019 and has brought with her the love she holds for the property industry, her knowledge of property law and more specifically her experience in complex strata matters including Building Management Committees and disputes. Since starting with Strata Sense, Tamara has quickly excelled in her role, becoming a Senior Strata Manager and then General Manager – Strata to make a name for herself in the industry, having participated in various industry panel events for SCA and the Young Strata Network, being awarded the SCA Rising Star Award for NSW in 2020 and most recently taking home the SCA National Rising Star Award for 2021. With her hard working and practical nature, Tamara’s drive to consistently achieve the right outcome allows our clients surety that their best interests will always be at heart.

Daniel Holt joined Strata Sense in January 2016. In addition to the relevant strata management qualifications, Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, and Diploma of Legal Practice. Prior to making the switch to strata management, Daniel practiced as a litigation lawyer for four years, predominantly as a strata litigation lawyer. Following a number of years as a strata manager, during which time Daniel was recognised by the Strata Community Association at both the state and national level for excellence.

General Manager | Strata

Joanne is a licensed strata manager who has been in the industry for over 17 years. Her dedication and progress within the industry was recognised by our industry body, Strata Community Australia (NSW) winning their Support Team Member award in 2022. Joanne’s exceptional organisation abilities, industry knowledge and personable nature are what have earned Joanne a terrific reputation amongst our staff, suppliers and clients alike. As General Manager, she is responsible for all of Strata Sense’s strategic human resourcing, people and culture, and training and development needs.
