Strata Sense were engaged by the owners corporation in 2012 following a tender process.  Since that time, some of the benefits we have been able to provide include:

  • Coordinating a tender for common property electricity contracts saving $5,670 per year from their existing electricity supply provider.
  • Assisting with the appointment of a Building Manager.
  • Facilitating a tender for remedial building works worth approximately $1.4M.
  • Correcting a previously lodged Business Activity Statement (by the previous strata manager) reclaiming over‐paid GST of approximately $6,400.
  • Creating an Owner Information Pack for owners and residents.
